4. International Bulldog-Treffen (Meeting)

We would like to invite you to a special meeting in June/2007

There is underground parking available at the hotel and for those using the hotel parking is free of charge

Accommodation: Cosy hotel rooms with bath/shower, WC, telephone, radio, colour TV and balcony.
Leisure range is; swimming pool, Sauna etc. for more info on what is available refer to hotel web site.

Hotel Rooms are available from check in time of 3:00 pm 07.06.2007 or alternatively 08.07.2007
and check out time is 11:00 am 10.06.2007
Please note that date of arrival must be confirmed on booking

Prices: half board 55 € per person per night in double room based on two people sharing.
Single room supplement is 13 € per person per night.
There is a local tax of 2.20 € per person per night.
Camping is also available please ask for more information.
Cancellation; 6 weeks before = 0 %
4-6 weeks before = 40 %
4-2 weeks before = 60 %
14-1 day before = 80 %
On the day = 100 %
Please note by signing up you enter a contract with
the hotel and are liable for the cost as above.
Conformation of booking is via e-mail direct from the hotel and cost of accommodation is payable direct to the hotel.

There is a 20 € charge for administration cost payable to BOC (Bulldog Owners Club).

This has been paid in the past on arrival directly to admin. of BOC

The Meeting
There is a greeting drink where we will all meet up on arrival,
3 nights accommodation with buffet breakfast,
1 x American BBQ/grill in the evening at the hotel,
1 x black forest evening buffet.
Plus free use of the hotel sauna , swimming pool etc.
During the day rides out into the Black Forest and surrounding country side and villages.

Sorry for the hold up but there has been some sort of
problem with the registration process for this event.

The easiest way to register is to become a member of
the German Forum it is free and there is a wealth of
knowledge over in Europe where Bulldogs out number us
by about 10 to 1.
To make life easy i will register you, all I need is
the user name you are registered with on the German
forum. If you Haven't got one you can register on the
German forum and then just give me your user name.

Or I will need your e-mail address and postal address
this information will be passed on to the organisers
of the event to book your hotel room and for the hotel
to contact you via e-mail to confirm your booking.
