we have reserved 80 Double Rooms/ Appartments (with up to 4 Beds)
These Appartments, Type „Bergresidenz“ are approx. 150 meters from the Hotel

Campers are welcome too : right by the Hotel there is room for about 10 to 12 Tents

Arrival :

Either on the 11th or the 12.05.06
(let us know in advance / when registering)

Departure :

On Sunday 14.05.2006 after Breakfast or as you wish till 10 am

Included are :

- 2 Nights at the Hotel
- Welcome-Drink on Friday
- Buffet on Friday Evening
- Guided Tour on Saturday
- Barbecue on Saturday Evening

Prices

Total Price for the Hotel :109,30 € p.P.
Total Price for Campers : 65,50 € p.P.
Tthe BOC-Fee : 20,-€ p.P.

We want to draw your attention to the fact, that there is no Meal included ont the Saturday-Tour

When regtistering to this Event you are also making a Contract with the Hotel. So the above mentioned Prices are payable to the Hotel directly upon departure. Should you want to cancel your registration these Cancellation-Fees apply :

Up to 6 Weeks prior to the Event : no costs
4-6 Weeks prior to the Event : 40%
4-2 Weeks prior to the Event : 60%
14-1 Days prior to the Event : 80%
On the Day of Arrival : 100 %

To anyone who is interested ~ there will only be two of us making the trip from England this year as 50% of the riders have cancelled.
So it's just Mick P & John w ~ who needs quantity when you have such quality?

I´m sorry to hear that.....(no, not that YOU are coming, but about the others NOT coming... ) what are they afraid of ?? Why would someone stay home in the "English sunshine" rather than coming over here ?? They don´t know what they´ll be missing..!

But I´m quite sure that you and Mick P more than make up for it. (at least in beer consumption.. )

Following are the last Informations before the Meeting in Willingen.

For those of you arriving on Thursday or Friday please follow the Signs with the BOC-Logo to the Hotel.
The Route then will lead you directly to a Parking-Lot reserved only for us.

After parking your Bike please register in the Hotel at a sepparate BOC-Counter. This applies to the Campers too.

Here you´ll get a Programme for the Weekend and Tour-Suggestions for Saturday.

This Year we`ll not be using Tour-Guides due to the fact, that they want way too much Money for their services. We will have Lists on display for the Tours on Saturday..so add your Name to the List with the Tour that suits you best.

We hope you have a nice Trip to Willingen and look forward to a eventful Bulldog-Weekend..

If anyone would like to join 3 UK Bulldog riders (John w, Mick P & Dave) for a beer & biketalk we will be in the following places;
Thursday 11 May - Antwerp from 20.00 hrs (PM for details please)
Sunday 14 May - motorcycle Loft Hotel, Groenedijk, Belgium from 20.00 hrs
OR maybe we can meet up to ride to Willingen on Friday 12 May? We are travelling there from Antwerp - no route fixed so we can go anywhere!


(If we do not arrive in Willengen by Friday evening we are lost - send out a helicopter to find us! )

I though that you and Paul were going to Willingen on Thursday? Does this mean you will be riding out to meet us? I guess we will be taking the most direct route on the highway so we could easily divert to anyplace you wish to name. As long as we don't have to leave our hotel before 08.00! We have all day to get to Willingen, there's no hurry!

So do you want to make Dortmund the meeting place? What time?

sure we´re going to Willingen on Thursday...so what ?? As Friday is the official "Arrival-Day" there is nothing else to do than ogle the other Bikes...so why not ride out to meet you..??

What was the Route you were planning to take ?? If coming from the NL, you ride through Venlo, you could stay on that "Autobahn" (What´s that to you?? Motorway ??) ride into Germany, through[/b] Dortmund in direction "Kassel" - always staying on the Autobahn - and there we could meet you at some "Rastplatz" (you know, these big Parking Lots with Petrol Pumps and a Restaurant.. ) If that suits you, tomorrow I´ll take a look at a Map to find the most convenient place..

From Venlo to Dortmund ( yes...the Autobahn goes right through Dortmund...although it doesn´t look like it..) it will take you roughly one hour...maybe a little bit more..from Dortmund to our Meeting-Point maybe half an hour..

STOP..!! You don´t have to go all the way to Kassel...I said : from Dortmund on the Autobahn in direction Kassel !!

from Venlo you get onto the Autobahn No.2..staying on this Autobahn (although it changes No`s) you pass Moers, you pass Duisburg,(now it´s Autobahn No. 430) you pass Essen, you pass Bochum, you go through Dortmund in direction Kassel (now it´s the Autobahn No.44)after passing Unna you´ll get to a Autobahn-Parking "Am Haarstrang"...that is our Meeting-Point.
Sounds complicated but is really easy...basically you hop onto the Autobahn in Venlo and stay on it...although it changes Numbers..

The best would be, you call me when you leave Venlo (as I am in Willingen already, I´ll have to get to our meeting-Point too !)

good to read that everybody is home in good conditions. Probably wet, but who cares after a weekend with so much fun.
It was a great pleasure to meet the man with the mirror in the visor.

I have finally found time to get onto the forum.

May feels like such a long time ago now, but at least I have some photo’s to remind me of how great the whole trip was.

Have made a few minor changes to the bike since May, planning some more to up the anti on the power stakes.
