Night out

Hope you all had a great Christmas, here's a little story.

Peter and Joe had a great night out with all their friends. Much drinking was done and Joe was now very far past drunk, he felt ill. He went to the toilet and fell over in there and was sick all over his best suit. He decided to call it a night and as they left the pub Joe realised that his wife would notice the sick all over his best suit. He now regretted the two extra pints and told Peter that he couldn't arrive home in such a state. They both sat down on the pavement trying to devise a suitable explanation. Peter then said. "I've got it." He took a £20 note out of his wallet and pushed it into the top pocket of Joe's coat, "Now, tell her that a stranger was sick all over you and placed the £20 in your pocket to pay for the dry cleaning."

After mulling this over for some time they decided that it was the only option and each went their separate ways home.

Joe's wife was waiting for his return, she was very annoyed and shocked at Joe's condition. Eventually she paused for breath and Joe told her not to be so suspicious and that there was a perfectly reasonable explanation. He told her that a stranger had been sick all over him and that the stranger was so remorseful that he had placed a £20 note in his top pocket to pay for the cleaning. Quick as a flash his wife plunged her hand into his pocket and pulled out two £20 notes. "There's two £20 notes here not one."

"Ah, the other one is from the other stranger that sh*t in my pants."
