9th International Meeting

Beitrag von Blubber »

Dear friends,

unfortunately I was not able to say good bye to all of you on Sunday morning.
Please accept my apologies for this fauxpas

I hope everybody had a safe ride home and arrived in good health. I guess the weather wasn't pleasing on your way back, but from my opinion it was worth to make the effort to be part of the meeting.

Special thanks to JohnW for my lovely umbrella hat.
This will be conserved and proudly reused every coming year on the meetings where I have to translate the endless speeches from the anchorman (or shall I say ranter?)

We hope to read soon about everyones well-being.

Take care, yours

Blubber

Hi Bulldog Friends,

Thanks to everyone for making our trip to the meeting so enjoyable. It was great to see all the people we have met before and also meet the new guests. A fantastic weekend for everyone! :-D

Well done to the organisers for their efforts! :notworthy: :notworthy:

The perfect weather came to an end on Monday - our trip home was like riding in a jet-wash! :toothy2:

Hoping to see you all again next time - ride safe

Best wishes,

John W and the English 'Team' :cool) :cool) :cool) :cool) :cool) :cool)

This was my first meeting for me and my dog and my son came too (1000mls on his Suzuki GSXR 750 at Bulldog speeds!).

We had a great time.

It was like being welcomed into a family, very nice people, superb company and great fun. Thay say that people make everything but you do need the right conditions and the organisers did a fantastic job making the whole event a truly memorable experience. I was surprised to find that Blubber was much taller than I thought he would be from his photograph.

After riding from UK our English dogs looked like rat bikes compared to some of the gleeming competition entrants but I think we all took away some new ideas and good some good advice.

For all those that didn't go, well you missed a real treat. Wherever the 10th is to be held make the effort and go (it is the week before Isle of Man TT) you will not regret it.

I look forward to seeing you all again next year.

Ride safe.

I took a camera with me to the 9th and regret that I only took 7 pictures. If you would care to share any of your pics with me of the event, people and bikes (especially to mass ride out) I would really appreciate it. My email is rennietyke@blueyonder.co.uk.

I have very fond memories of my time with you, thank you so very much.
