Thank for the advise I have just aquired a stand from SW Motech. Now I just have to fit it, I understand the spring is the hardest part, is this true and any tip on making this easier would be much appreciated.

Hi,

for some things there is no easy way..

My best tip would be : get a tool with a hook and a t-handle..don´t try pliers...you´ll never find the springs again
