we have reserved 80 Double Rooms/ Appartments (with up to 4 Beds)
These Appartments, Type „Bergresidenz“ are approx. 150 meters from the Hotel
Campers are welcome too : right by the Hotel there is room for about 10 to 12 Tents
Arrival :
Either on the 11th or the 12.05.06
(let us know in advance / when registering)
Departure :
On Sunday 14.05.2006 after Breakfast or as you wish till 10 am
Included are :
- 2 Nights at the Hotel
- Welcome-Drink on Friday
- Buffet on Friday Evening
- Guided Tour on Saturday
- Barbecue on Saturday Evening
Prices
Total Price for the Hotel :109,30 € p.P.
Total Price for Campers : 65,50 € p.P.
Tthe BOC-Fee : 20,-€ p.P.
Informations:
We want to draw your attention to the fact, that there is no Meal included ont the Saturday-Tour
When regtistering to this Event you are also making a Contract with the Hotel. So the above mentioned Prices are payable to the Hotel directly upon departure. Should you want to cancel your registration these Cancellation-Fees apply :
Up to 6 Weeks prior to the Event : no costs
4-6 Weeks prior to the Event : 40%
4-2 Weeks prior to the Event : 60%
14-1 Days prior to the Event : 80%
On the Day of Arrival : 100 %

I´m sorry to hear that.....(no, not that YOU are coming, but about the others NOT coming... :wink: ) what are they afraid of ?? Why would someone stay home in the "English sunshine" rather than coming over here ?? They don´t know what they´ll be missing..!
But I´m quite sure that you and Mick P more than make up for it. :thumbright: (at least in beer consumption.. :lol:)

Following are the last Informations before the Meeting in Willingen.
For those of you arriving on Thursday or Friday please follow the Signs with the BOC-Logo to the Hotel.
The Route then will lead you directly to a Parking-Lot reserved only for us.
After parking your Bike please register in the Hotel at a sepparate BOC-Counter. This applies to the Campers too.
Here you´ll get a Programme for the Weekend and Tour-Suggestions for Saturday.
This Year we`ll not be using Tour-Guides due to the fact, that they want way too much Money for their services. We will have Lists on display for the Tours on Saturday..so add your Name to the List with the Tour that suits you best.
We hope you have a nice Trip to Willingen and look forward to a eventful Bulldog-Weekend..

Thursday 11 May - Antwerp from 20.00 hrs :beer: (PM for details please)
Sunday 14 May - motorcycle Loft Hotel, Groenedijk, Belgium from 20.00 hrs :beer:
OR maybe we can meet up to ride to Willingen on Friday 12 May? We are travelling there from Antwerp - no route fixed so we can go anywhere! :-D
