Thank for the advise I have just aquired a stand from SW Motech. Now I just have to fit it, I understand the spring is the hardest part, is this true and any tip on making this easier would be much appreciated.

Hi,

for some things there is no easy way.. :(

My best tip would be : get a tool with a hook and a t-handle..don´t try pliers...you´ll never find the springs again :wink:
